“A Different Dolphin: Elvin” tells the story of a rainbow-colored dolphin who cannot speak and who struggles to make friends because of his differences. During his failed attempts to make friends he negotiates through his own feelings of anxiety, anger, and sadness. Join Elvin on his quest to find a friend. Inspired by individuals with developmental differences such as autism spectrum disorder, Elvin’s story invites children to explore different feelings and important concepts such as self-love, friendship and embracing diversity.
